I firmly believe that tattoos are marks of ownership... for livestock, slaves, and prisoners.
I like the concept of visible tattoos because they clearly show me which females have bad judgement... In my “socially acceptable” dating range I would venture that 70% of them are marked.

I have seen them only on the History TV shows.
I do not know how culture is now in the USSA. I was last there in 2004. Unless there is a miracle from God, I do not expect to ever return. The reelection of Obumbo told me all that I need to know.
The only tatoo I would consider is the fake six pack ab tattoo.
