Good idea but it will never happen. This has been floated before. With Quebec wanting to secede, we could have the Maritime provinces or the western provinces of BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, Ontario would be left to call itself “Canada†with the Northwest terreitories and Inuit country. It will never happen unless the Party Quebecois has a resurgence and tries to rebel again.
