Consider that she feels safe in her district, and doesn’t worry about the consequences of her verbiage, or her votes.

It is hard to be so old, and see our country fail.

All of this, in my perspective, is just a lot of noise. Nothing “they” can say or do will matter in the long run. The USA is bankrupt, the “ship of state” is sinking slowly at the moment, but it will suddenly disappear under the waves, in the blink of an eye.

I will be surprised if we make it past Nov 1st, but hope we make it until next spring, for it will give those of us who pay attention more time to get

All this yammer about AFA, the extension, and the debt ceiling means nothing. We are broke, and at some point the rest of the world will stop buying our debt, stop buying with the “petri -dollar (spelling intentional), and we will be goners.

Time to get ready, as the hour is very late. I wonder what these Dems will do when there is no money left in the federal till to pay their cushy retirement, and their health care packages, when they are seen as failures in their home districts, and fear for their safety in public.

I will be surprised if we make it past November 1st, and hope we can hang on until next spring, for it will give us more time to get our affairs in order, and plan for the breakdown of our “social order”, if we can call it that.
