I went government last year after ao years of active duty and 22 years as a defense contractor. Took a huge pay cut but said what the hell.
The wife has been government 33 years serving the military under Morale Welfare & Recreation. She’s a saint when it comes to the troops so government workers aren’t all bad. She’s good to go because MWR is self funding. I’ll lose a paycheck until resolved but it’s far from devestation and worth the sacrifice as long as something good comes out of this... good being the libtards cave in some small way.
I actually liked the 3 day weekends during sequestration!
Guess I’ll have to drink the cheap beer until this is resolved !
