There's nothing uncapitalist about the idea -- no suggestion that the government should get involved to force the NFL to give away tickets. If the NFL decides that it can make more money from the hype of giving away tickets, whatever.
That said, its a stupid idea, because even with the tickets at $2600 a pop, people are still willing to pay so there'd be little point to doing what this guy suggests.
