“Manufacturers insist wipes labeled flushable arent the problem,”
Oh yes they damned well are. They DO NOT break down like toilet tissue does.
I’ve been on countless calls to snake lines as big as 3 and 4 inches with these damned things blocking them. I have had to cut them off my snake with a sharp knife.
Something like this is NOT flushable I don’t care what it says on the package.
If you use them with a septic system, they will also destroy it in short order.
Low flow toilets make the likelihood of clogging greater but the lines will plug with a high flow toilet also.
You might as well be trying to flush flannel rags down the toilet.
Been using them for 10 plus years and have never had a problem. It is all a matter of how much you use and how much bulk is there. (flush once for the bulk, twice for the remainder /Peter Griffin).
It’s really pretty simple... if it’s going to easily plug the toilet, you’re trying to flush too much at once.
A plumber arguing against wet wipes and grease is like a chicken supporting Col. Saunders.
You say that like it is a bad thing.
