I must admit to being old-fashioned. I care about what I wear, to a degree. But the last place I would look for advice is fashion magazines. At most, they show you what NOT to wear.

Neat and clean is good. Shaved and hair trimmed is good. A nice suit when I’m speaking in front of people is good. But fashion trends are stupid, pop-culture crap. The author confuses not caring about how you look with caring about fashion.
Maybe I should get a random word tattooed on my neck?? That would be cool and prove I care about my appearance.
