Throw it away....claim you never received it.... Tried that. They sent it again and then followed up with phone calls and threats of fines.
Just keep in mind that there is also the unspoken threat of a never ending existence in the cross hairs of the IRS.
These people are getting a lot ballsier now that we have The Fascist in Chief.
