Im not sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying that the flower of a womans age is 14 years old and that if she isnt married by then, shes an old maid? Or are you saying that a woman starts menstruating, "passing her flower?" at age 14 therefore should be able to get married?
Either way, you are wrong.
The average age of menarche in humans is 1213 years, but is normal anywhere between ages 8 and 16. The average age of menarche is about 12.5 years in the United States.
And there are several interpretations and translations of 1 Corinthians 7:36 and none seem to support what you seem to be saying:

On the other hand most of the stupid western culture wants their daughters to go to college before they get married so they can say ; oh, hey , look what a great job i did raising my kids.
On the other hand they could marry off their 12 or 14 year old daughters and say; oh, hey , look what a great job I did pawning my kid off to a man twice or three or more times her age.
Either way, you are wrong.
