I don’t actually bet (I would not be so foolish!), I just play pigskin pickem on ESPN.
On my straight winners picks I did much better. Damn Panthers, Colts, and Eagles being my only losers so far. Last week I was 9-7 in that regard, fail.
In the renaming games I’ve got Denver, Detroit (hope I’m wrong and they lose, of course), NOLA, Oakland, San Fran, and Cinncy on Monday night.

P-Dogg, I won’t start watching until after the ball is kicked off; I cannot stand the overproduced pregame crud of NFL games.
The whole overproduced thing was bad enough when it was just happening at the Superbowl. But now that it’s every game, it makes me even less of an NFL fan.
The only reason I have the game on now is because my team, SFO, is playing. Otherwise, I’d be getting ready to watch Boardwalk Empire @ 9 PM with the g/f.

Yuck, why did I pick the Niners? They should have thrown more early, run was getting them no where.
I tuned away to watch Breaking Bad and came back and it was still the first quarter, 1 hour lightning delay my a$$, they wanted to watch Breaking Bad too I bet.
