"Show me in the US Constitution where your opinion/position/knowledge is codified that it takes 2 parents that are US Citizens for a newborn to be "Natural Born". "

The Constitution wasn't written as a dictionary, save for Article III, Section III. You must look "elsewhere" to find their intent.

"Lacking that, please provide the relevant US Law(s) passed by Congress and signed by a US President that codifies your understanding/opinion/knowledge that it takes 2 parents that are US Citizens for a newborn to be "Natural Born". "

Congress does not have the Constitutional authority to define a "natural born Citizen." They only have the power of naturalization.

"Lacking that, please point us to the relevant US Supreme Court decision/ruling that proves that it takes 2 parents that are US Citizens for a newborn to be "Natural Born"."

No SCOTUS case has ever been heard, and decided, regrading the "natural born Citizen" requirement for the office of Commander in Chief.

“The Constitution wasn’t written as a dictionary,...You must look “elsewhere” to find their intent.”

That’s true. But where shall we look?

We can take the advice of Alexander Hamilton.

“What is the distinction between direct and indirect taxes? It is a matter of regret that terms so uncertain and vague in so important a point are to be found in the Constitution. We shall seek in vain for any antecedent settled legal meaning to the respective terms—there is none.”

[skip]

“...where so important a distinction in the Constitution is to be realized, it is fair to seek the meaning of terms in the statutory language of that country from which our jurisprudence is derived.” February, 1795

So what was the law in “that country from which our jurisprudence is derived.”?

Under the Common Law of England anyone born in the country with few exceptions was considered natural born. And under English statutory law children born outside the realm to British subjects were natural born.”

Under Hamilton’s guidance, Senator Cruz is natural born.

RXSID, you are correct. Congress has the power to make individuals citizens who are not natural-born Citizens. The latter are citizens by virtue of Natural Law and need no statute of Congress to demonstrate their rightful place in our polity. For what it’s worth, The 14th Amendment also did nothing to the definition of NBC.
