I’ve never known a doggy companion, I’ve had the honor of working next to a blind gentleman who would let me pet his lab when he was off leash. I learned to love all things doggy from him, but alas, every apartment I’ve ever lived in would only allow cats, so I’m a Catwoman.
Maybe someday but I don’t think I will ever be able to afford a living arrangement that will allow a doggy companion. So hugs and kisses to those out there who are blessed with them
Ah I love cats too, but just not the same degree as dogs. I do have a cat right now, a grey tabby, she’s just short of a wild cat, and watching her and the dog go at it is so much fun. Sadly I think she has aggressive cancer in both of her eyes, it’s very visible, so I’m not sure how much time she may have left.
Animal companions are just the best though!
