3’wide, 6’or 7’ high and no more than 17” deep...Pine or Oak is fine..If painted, yellow or off white is preferable..Glass front is not needed.
Do any of the local schools have “shop” classes? A build-to-order project might work for ‘em.....or a local carpenter or even adept handyman.
Here is some background....My wife is a filipina...so therefore all food must be laid out and dispalyed on every countertop...I can’t explain this cultural madness but i am trying to tidy it up...call me insensitive but i like things to have their place....it is a running joke between us...Love her so! She did come from true poverty so i get the tick that she has.....If any freepers are married to a filipina please tell me that she is not crazy and it is just what it is.
Sounds like about antique pie safe size. If you can find one you like that is structurally sound, it would be one nifty present ... but it will cost you some bucks. :-)
