I think I read you got a new phone. Phones are always having a problem, it seems like. Except mine, which just sits there, always doing what it’s supposed to.
Time for Kathleen’s nap and a snuggle with Jake. He’s upset because of the rain, poor kitteh.
I had trouble with my current phone from the day I got it, but it just got worse and worse. No photos in or out, no long text messages, no access to the internet; someone would call and the phone wouldn’t ring, but the call would show up as something that went to voice mail, but then voice mail would give the caller the phrase, “Inbox full,” even though there were seldom ever more than two messages in it. And after a week, the messages would be automatically deleted.
Or it would say I had messages and there was only silence on the line.
It was not only frustrating for me, but for the people who needed to talk to me.
The final straw was Friday evening, when I tried to get Cox tech support on the line. The phone kept cutting out so I couldn’t hear the instructions, so I just hung up in frustration and charged the phone, even though it indicated that the battery still had half a charge.
Saturday morning, I called, and was on the phone for 20 minutes and I got a signal that I needed to plug in the charger. UNGGH!!
