Ooohhhh....I like tuna casserole! I like it MUCH better with crushed potato chips on top. And I’m tempted to try it with Lay’s “Limon” chips...it just sounds so good!
However, I’ll be content to munch on my roast beast... *sigh*
Ours has (plain) potato chips. It’s an Emeril Lagasse recipe.
Me, too. The easiest palatable one I’ve ever made was from a cookbook designed for Southern moms. That one had potato chips on top, too.
Darn you! Now I am craving tuna casserol! I might have to offset that craving with a desire for mexican dip!
