I’ll bet this is another one of those obamanation spread-the-poverty government programs where a multitude of “impoverished Americans” pay lifeline fees so other so-called “impoverished Americans” get free phone service.

they do with high speed internet too

if your kids qualify for free or reduced lunch (pretty much everyone these days) you can get high speed internet for $10 a month for up to 2 years....

yep, your paying for it
