Because here, we have a voting system.
That is why American businesses need to return to America, and hire Americans.
American businesses have moved so much production offshore, we no longer offer enough jobs.
So people start demanding government help.
People looking to government do not vote Republican.
Bring back American jobs.

That’s not how the free market works. I really don’t care if the Santa Claus voters continue to vote for big government. These big government lovers are the reason why these jobs are overseas. They wanted to punish the rich, now they are out of a job. Just like the Twinkie bakers.
It isn’t that simple. Business has no reason to move home. Then US has the highest business tax in the world. Why volunteer to pay it? It is also one of the most over regulated and punitive government controlled environments in the world.
The workers need to understand why business exists. Not for God and Country but for profit of the share holders and that may include the workers. It can include the workers and they should want that. Business needs to understand that loyalty and quality are twins. Business needs to understand that executives are necessary but without skilled and willful workers there is no need for executives. The pay ratio between management and labor is far too large. Seven is probably good enough for any reasonable man.
Workers need to prepare a place in this country for business to return to. Understand business and government and vote to encourage a vibrant climate for industry and jobs.
I bet as soon as the unions are crushed, the EPA dismantled, and the White House is communist-free, business will begin to flock back to America.
But not before - - that would be stupid.
Start a Company and practice what you preach.
Your Competitors will eat you alive if you intend to manufacture a product that they can produce with the same quality at a much lesser cost overseas.
The Customer will determine your success if they feel the added cost of buying from you is worth it.
The only alternative for you is to support Import Tariffs to level the playing field. Then you get a Trade War and Americans will lose the Jobs they already have.
As for me, I would have no problem buying a Product from a Foreign Corporation that is built here with Non Union Labor, such as a Toyota, Honda, Hyundai or Kia.
Now, if you are against the “profits” going overseas while the Labor costs stay here, we have an entirely different situation.
