If illegal alien activists thought the ruling of a liberal Federal judge against Sheriff Joe Arpaio was going to stop him from enforcing the rule of law against illegals, they can think again.
In late May, U.S. District Judge Murray Snow absurdly ruled that Arpaio had engaged in racial profiling against "Latinos" and targeted Latino drivers based on their "race" (there is no such "race" as "Latino", but logic isn't Snow's strong point). Snow prohibited sheriff's deputies from "using race as a factor" in law-enforcement decisions related to immigration. Advocates for illegals who share Snow's far-left views rejoiced, and declared that Sheriff Joe's workplace raids against illegal aliens were a thing of the past.
They were dead wrong.
On Wednesday, Maricopa County sheriff's deputies and posse volunteers Uncle Sam's restaurant employees in ID theft raid" href="http://www.azfamily.com/news/Employees-at-Uncle-Sams-restaurants-suspected-of-ID-theft-forgery-215919281.html">executed search warrants at three locations of Uncle Sam's following a nine-month forgery and ID theft investigation.
Sheriff's detectives say as many as 121 people hired to work for the restaurant chain since October gained employment by using falsified documents and stolen IDs. Sheriff Joe Arpaio said many of the victims are local residents.
As many as 50 deputies and posse members attempted to locate 70 suspects currently employed at two restaurant locations. At least 10 of the 70 suspects were arrested by MCSO deputies at the scene.
Detectives also searched the owner's Scottsdale home office - and he may face state penalties for harboring illegal aliens.
Arpaio said the investigation began in October after his office received a tip from a caller. Detectives found 121 discrepancies including multiple names, addresses, no existing records and/or names not matching the Social Security numbers provided.
This was the 73rd workplace ID theft operation conducted by sheriff's detectives in just the past 5 years.
In the previous such operations, 100% of all suspects found to be committing identity theft to gain employment were illegal aliens. Sheriff Joe’s office has investigated, arrested on the streets and in the jails over 79,000 illegal aliens.
“Illegal aliens are stealing identities of U.S. citizens to gain employment which escalates our unemployment problems. I don’t believe we should tolerate this. Furthermore, I will continue to enforce all federal and state illegal immigration laws in the business sector through human smuggling and crime suppression operations, despite activists and the federal government who may not like it,” said the Sheriff.There is not yet indication whether some of the illegal aliens were using the social security numbers of dead persons, as has happened many times in the past, including ones of murder victims.
Activists were livid, and demanded Joe be stopped by Judge Snow. "Arpaio should not have conducted these raids in the first place," said Sandra Castro, an organizer with Puente Arizona. "Why is he going after these folks based on ID fraud when you know it's linked to immigration?" Castro asked. Uh, because it is against the law, Ms. Castro, but of course you and your illegal alien buddies have no respect for our nation or its laws.
We don't know how Judge Snow will react to this raid that took place so soon after a ruling he intended to cut Arpaio off at the knees. The next hearing is August 30.
But Joe will NOT back down. And he is forcefully appealing the ruling in court. We stand with Joe and his steadfast adherence to the rule of law. Way to go, Joe!

Joe is much more shrewd than some hack judge. He will prevail.

When I clicked on the thread I got a funky display that appeared with Hill and Stand connected. Naturally I thought of Johnathan Hillstrand (who does write children’s books BTW)
Will the activist judge be at least as smart as the juror who was convinced Zimmerman was guilty but the evidence didn’t prove it.
Did the offenders use falsified IDs? Yes or no? That’s a felony. Were they legal citizens? Then they are here illegally and now have criminal records.
I'd guess if Snow says anything to Arpaio on this Arpaio will rip him.

Puente Arizona is not about law so lets talk about a Nation's Rights....American Law is not Social Justice as most young lawyers and activist organizations seem to think makes for good law, are way off the mark. Justice is Law and Order...not judging by the seat of your pants...
Sheriff Joe Arpaio knows the law, he is not a Social Justice Sheriff....he is an honest to G-d Law Abiding Sheriff....AZ is lucky to have him. Only the activist who have no respect for law, want him out.
I have other words for the Activist(s) who have no respect for the law, none of those words may be said on FR.
