I asked what is the process for approving voter registration applications; he explained, once an application is received a verification card is mailed to the address listed on the application and once the applicant verifies their info and returns the card to the Board of Elections their application is approved and their voter card is mailed out. I then made him aware of one active registered voter "Barry Soetoro" who's address is listed as the White House. He was speechless, He reported he did not know how it was approved but no votes have been cast and an investigation would take place. He explained the "BIENNIAL MAIL CANVASS" is currently ongoing and he does not know if anything has been sent to the White House yet.
