The Air Force led the way when the top cop had to slash his budget and realized how much those little suckers cost the Department every year. The AF has this thing of reserving parking spaces for certain enlisted ranks. Being a Navy dependent, the one time I was accosted for parking in one, I just said “oh is that what that means????” and went on my way. heeheehee
