Artists joining Mr. Wonder reportedly include Rod Stewart, Madonna, Usher, Justin Timberlake, R. Kelly, Rihanna and Alicia Keys. Rappers Jay-Z, Kanye West, Trey Songz, Young Jeezy and Wale also signed on to the boycott, Then why is Rihanna performing in Dallas in November?

Florida ought to boycott them.
Pack up all their cd’s, movies et.al. off the shelves and ship it back to them.
Of course, if they were doing a real boycott, they would recall all their crap themselves.

Yeah but what these idiots don't realize is that Stand your ground had absolutely nothing to do with this case. It was more like a "My face and head are currently being smashed in and if I allow this to continue much longer, I most likely will die or become disabled" law.
It always amazes me how liberals just create their own facts and reality whenever stuff like this happens. 1 + 1 = 3 and you will never convince them otherwise. It's like they live in this alternate reality and no matter what you say or show them, it will never change their point of view.
They literally, I mean *literally* see Zimmerman as a white KKK guy who hunted down and shot Trayvon in cold blood solely because he was black and nothing you say or do will ever change their minds about that.

Perhaps these boycotts will open the curtain as to who/what all these entertainers really want the USA to be. I hope there are many true USA citizens who will now stop throwing their money away to hear some jingle-jangle noises.
To: GrandJediMasterYoda
Couple this list with no income tax and Florida looks better and better. Now if the New Yorkers would just join the boycott.

Well, I would boycott their music if I listened to it. Give me music from the 1940’s and 1950’s including old cowboy westerns. What they call songs today, are not. Wonder if there are statistics from before the boycott and afterwards.

If Maddona wanted to change those laws, she wouldn’t threaten to boycott, she would threaten to perform nude.

The promoter aspect is what jumped immediately to mind for me too.
There’s a heck of a lot of work and players behind a single concert, let alone a concert tour. A performer isn’t able to just up and cancel without really good reasons ( which are usually spelled out in the contracts )
I’m guessing that cancelling due to a boycott driven by a dislike of a verdict and a law that played little if any part in the verdict, isn’t in the contract.
I tend to doubt the veracity of this for any major performer (Wondercand Stewart no longer qualify) who had a tour schedued that included stops in FL.
