What's most interesting here is that the FIRST officer on scene was a female, who took offense at the lady's refusal to instantly comply with the request for her ID..she attempted to remove her from the car..the second officer made the instant ( erroneous) judgement that his partner was in some difficulty, danger, and then intervened.
I’m not making a judgement on if she should have been cuffed or any of that. I don’t have enough information.
Even if she was a drugged out transient, I would still be enraged that they did a cavity search, right out in public!
NO!
And police officers have raped, stolen, beaten and murdered people.
In light of those facts, surely we mundanes have a right to cavity search officers, handcuff them, and view them with the same suspicion and distrust with which the Private Citizen is viewed by too many government employees.
Either it’s right for both Private Citizens and police to do it to each other, or it’s wrong.
No excuses.
No, of course not. /s
Police officer caught on video ordering woman to shake her bra during drug search
Hey, I’m with you, She could have had plastic explosives hid there. She could have had a B-52 loaded and ready to go hidden there. But if they had been decent individuals, they would have waited until she got to jail or the police station. At least they did not kill her.
