Your horrified daughters who watch.
Before a court order can come out, get that up on multiple overseas hosts over which the judge will not be able to get jurisdiction.
Preferably out of places like Singapore and Ivory Coast.
Make sure the bell can not be unrung.
Joco ks lawyer here. More info?
The woman’s name is Catalina Engle of Mission, KS.
She apparently put her personal info here:
***Catrina
Simply part of the trend of the past 2-decades...long since, the LEO’s have chosen sides...They, like most contemporary governments, are the deadly enemy of the serfs...and their pets...
These cavity searches on the side of the road are starting to turn up a lot now. I think it’s a bunch of bullchit, it makes my blood boil.
I would be beaten or killed because nobody is going to put their hands and fingers in those places on the side of the road. I don’t care who the flock it is.
When this this start become typical? I thought that only happened once somebody was arrested and at the jailhouse.
I think the mission police department has too much money laying around and needs to be relieved of most of it. in a court of law of course.
However, Woman hides pistol in vagina explains why cavity searches are necessary in some cases....
They had her in handcuffs! How in samhill is she going to retrieve a pistol from under her pants, her underwear and in her vagina?! If they arrest her and take her down, then they can search her in a private room. This is bullchit!
Well maybe not so much the drugs, but it's a War on People!!!!!
Hug your dogs, you never know when the popo will need the target practice!
What's most interesting here is that the FIRST officer on scene was a female, who took offense at the lady's refusal to instantly comply with the request for her ID..she attempted to remove her from the car..the second officer made the instant ( erroneous) judgement that his partner was in some difficulty, danger, and then intervened.
It could have been a lot worse, the lady could have had a two pound puppy in the car that would have been shot in front of the children because the moron who arrested her felt like they were going to attacked.
That’s crazy.
I’m not making a judgement on if she should have been cuffed or any of that. I don’t have enough information.
Even if she was a drugged out transient, I would still be enraged that they did a cavity search, right out in public!
NO!
Two speeds. Donuts and “get the a$$holes”
The cops have the right to do so, but it was incredibly bad judgement on their part in this case.
And police officers have raped, stolen, beaten and murdered people.
In light of those facts, surely we mundanes have a right to cavity search officers, handcuff them, and view them with the same suspicion and distrust with which the Private Citizen is viewed by too many government employees.
Either it’s right for both Private Citizens and police to do it to each other, or it’s wrong.
No excuses.
I’d like to know who the hysterical moron postal employee is that called the two-bit Stasi wannabees.
I got a kick of the jerk-cop, who has a future as a stand-up comedian no doubt, throwing up his hands in the air as a gesture to the handcuffed woman who kept trying to give him her husbands phone number. I mean, this guy is really funny.
One day that jerk is going to need help and nobody will lift a finger for him.
That b!tch officer needs psychiatric treatment. Another one of the ‘total compliance’ a$$holes with a badge.
So, when are you going to start advocating for the “right” for Private Citizens to cavity search officers, given that their willingness to assault their fellow citizens is well established?
We can’t be too careful either, you know.
