I've read that the migration of the Bantu (Black) people into South Africa resulted in mixing of races (Bantu & Khoisan, etc) and the condition has been diluted. There are no longer any pure blooded Khoisan people any more.
The facial features of Nelson Mandela resemble Khoisan people, but Khoisans were not Black.

I don't remember what the fat azzed woman's face looked like because I couldn't take my eyes off her “booty”. Not that I liked looking at it but it was like looking at a train wreck. :)
