Question for legal eagles:
If it could be shown that FacePlant kept this page up, but pulled down other, less-offensive pages, would GZ have grounds to sue?
Never liked the “deep pockets” approach, but it might work out very well here!
Since Zimmerman is a marked man, this would be his main recourse... go after deep pockets like Zuckerman and the LSM.
