SERIOUSLY tried? Oh my. It was seriously tried, and it seriously failed. It is STILL failing. Every single day illegals are going over, under and through. I realize some people will never be convinced, even with video evidence to the contrary (which does exist). I hear some people don't believe we actually landed on the moon. Doesn't change the fact that we did, and the fence DOES NOT WORK.
