I live only a few hundred yards from an intersection and can see the highway leading up to it from my usual chair.
Some time ago, I started watching when cop cars come by. I probably see several a day and I have yet to see one use his turn signals.
Can’t use it. When they drive bymy house their free hand has a cellphone in it.
