>> I won’t let my contempt for the prime mover of this fiasco (hint - Kenyan Muslim) spill over on the poor schlubs who drew this crap detail.

Your devil’s advocacy actually makes a *little* sense applied to the prosecutors (BDLR and crew). We love to hate ‘em, but the truth is, they showed up for work one day and were handed a crap sandwich as a work assignment. I could muster some grudging sympathy for their situation if only it didn’t seem that they actually RELISH the railroad job they’re so incompetently failing to pull off.

So, on the DA’s, your point is taken. Except Corey. She is evil.

But...

NOT where the judge is concerned! NEVER — NEVER — NEVER in these free United States is it excusable or even UNDERSTANDABLE for a judge to be ANYTHING WHATSOEVER but scrupulously impartial.

I don’t care what the politics are.
I dont’ care how she came by the assignment.
I frankly don’t care if a carload of NO_LIMIT_N*****s are holding guns to her grandkids’ heads, awaiting the verdict.

A JUDGE MUST BE IMPARTIAL. MUST be! If she can’t, for WHATEVER reason — abdicate the bench.

But NO ZIP ZILCH NADA reason, excuse, or circumstance justifies the blatant bias that is evident with this one.

FRegards

Yes. She should not be reading case law. That’s what the two sides should be arguing or presenting to her Her decision should be based on their presentations. Obviously pros is not doing their job if she must do their presentation for them

Does she not realize that the lawyers are simply Z’s legal voice? So her contempt is directed at GZ, who she feels has no right to a fair defense, that’s how I see it. JUSTICE FOR GEORGE!

I really don't care to offer the prosecution any slack for the fecal sandwich they are shoving down our throats. The "I was only following orders" defense has been seriously out of fashion for > 65 years.

Hiding exculpatory evidence should result in jail time for everyone from the grunt prosecutors handling the case clear up to Pam Bondi. But we have a Republican government here in Florida (spit) that is as corrupt as the Democrats who infest California.

Corey needs to get recalled or defeated in her next election (And Bondi for that matter). Nelson needs to lose her next election.
