The American and especially the international Left has an anti-Semitic bias, but my point is we can't necessarily assume that the judge is Jewish because her maiden surname is common among Jewish people, but not exclusive to them.

That is true enough, but since the left cares nothing about facts and truth, much less reality, just the perception that someone is Jewish, due to their Jewish-sounding name, is usually enough to prompt the left to display their bigotry.
