I just saw HLN in the lunchroom and the female talking head was saying the prosecution has just about convinced her, with this cross, that martin was shot while trying to retreat.

She’s the 3rd judge. The first declined the case due to conflict of interest. MOM got the 2nd one removed. Nelson’s the 3rd.
