This judge is openly hostile to the defense, and this is not the first incident. Zimmerman’s fighting uphill, in the wind, through the snow. If he wins, it will be a completely fair and justified win.

I would not, however, put it past the idiot Martins to sue him civilly.

In other words, yes they will sue.
