I go through the same McDonalds drive through window once every week or two and my order (always the same) usually gets delivered with differing results.
It's not getting ice in my drink, or wrong size fries that upsets me.
It's the fact that it just doesn't get much simpler than taking (or making) an order correctly at a fast food joint ... and they fail almost every time.

The local McDonalds is notorius for screwing up small orders. McDonalds service these days is what takes the “Fast” out of Fast Food.
