Stay Classy Freepers.....!
I have yet to see Will Ferrell do ANYTHING that I considered funny.
I thought Anchorman was pretty funny. The Anchorman 2 trailer looked SO not funny, and those were probably the best parts.
The street fight scene between the rival newsmen was pretty funny.
"No hitting in the face."
Best part of the movie. I loved it when the PBS guys showed up.
Though i have friends that think Ferrell is funny, I just don’t see it. The only movie of his I could ever watch was ELF, and in my opinion he peaked with that. And that isn’t saying much at all. Classy enough for ya?
Agreed, and I posted the same sentiment a while back and got yelled at by a fellow FReeper for it. I almost accused the poster of being a relative of Ferrell's but let it go.
His best part was the Cowbell guy on SNL.
Oh well. I have.
NOBODY beats Walken on COWBELL! Nobody!
Agree. Plus I understand Kanye West is in it. So I’d feel cheated no matter how much I paid to see this. And I’m still trying to get my head around Will Ferrell refusing to meet George W. Bush when he extended a good-natured invitation. It seems mean-spirited of Ferrell to spend so much time parodying him and then refuse.
“Which one of you convicts with the longest record can pass me the mashed potatoes...”
Brick killed a guy!
Yeah, and Tim Robbins as a PBS d-bag with a turtleneck and pipe was perfect casting!
