A person who thinks “banshee-voiced” is a compliment doesn’t need to be commenting on anyone else’s musical tastes.
That said, I continue to be disappointed that genuine, hard-core rock-n-rollers can't seem to achieve any success on this type of show. Country and R&B do fine.
Pat Benatar wouldn't make the top 10. And that says volumes about the judges and the voting audience. Pity.
