But my point is THEY WERE FILED... and HEARD by a judge... only one has (that one so the media could PUBLISH) in six months and that has been withdrawn... not by the JUDGE... that was withdrawn by the attorneys..... then the media ran stories.... first in a long line of lawsuits blah blah blah.. etc...
All I am asking is where is the second lawsuit going to be filed... unless when I google sandy hook lawsuit and second- I get reference to the second amendment.... media sleeping or are you?
