I am familiar with TS and Noforn classifications.
Never heard of SI.

What does SI mean in this context?
If it was deemed SCI, I would know what that meant, although not necessarily which “C” was involved.

I don’t know. I’ve never seen ORCON either, but have since learned it means “originator controlled”.

I guess that means, “you better not leak this or we’ll hunt you down and kill you,” or something to that effect.
