First you tried stating the owner was in the kitchen when the shooting occurred. That certainly wasn't a fact, was it?
You missed the point — it wouldn’t and didn’t and doesn’t matter if someone is home or not. That does NOT give the cops the right to break in and blast away. I don’t care if the dog was a bully breed, poodle, chihuahua or any other type. The point is — and pay attention, please, the FACTS are — the cops entered the wrong home and killed someone’s non-attacking pet. Got it???? Clear now???
