The moral? The public in general (and the media and government employees in particular) requires education on dog breeds.
The public in general requires education on many things more important than dog breeds. I’m a dog owner and have been for many years. Too many owners are irresponsible. Too many parents are irresponsible.
And enforcement of better methods for dealing with them on the part of the police. Accountability is what is needed.
