Gary Peters is the democrat running to replace Levin and he’s apparently running as a moderate and praising GOP leadership for the economic turn around in Michigan.
I think holding off on naming a republican to the ticket may be a good thing.
I agree. Peters is definately no independent. He is a true leftist.
