Boy that second picture can’t be good for navigation or modern weapons systems!

GPS is based on communication with orbiting satellites so my guess is navigation would be less affected now than it would have been if this happened 20 plus years ago. A couple possible effects I haven’t seen mentioned include bird migration patterns and that multiple poles bouncing all over the planet during the transitional period, with Auroras showing up in the skies over places like Brazil or Singapore, will probably freak out quite a few of the natives. Some scientists theorize that past mass extinctions are associated with these reversals, but again, this is all conjecture.
