The problem with supercapacitors is that when they fail it is because of a catastrophic short that can result in sparks and fire.
I would like to know what her mom and dad do for a living.
I imagine the mom is a stay at home housewife and the dad runs a struggling car repair shop.
Evidently she learned everything about nanoscale manufacture of supercapacitors by Googling Wikipedia and other sites.
Actually, her father is an engineer who works for Intel!

Sounds fishy
She's from Saratoga. That's a ritzy area. More likely her dad is a Silicon Valley executive or a professor at Stanford.
Bizarre question/assumptions. Here in my town we have a very similar situation -- East Indian high school girl also working in the area of nano technology. Just qualified for the national science fair. May have met this young lady by now. Both parents are scientists at a national laboratory.
You are absolutely pathetic.
You don’t get to live in Saratoga that way. Mom & Dad are much more likely to be very successful executives in Silicon Valley. And they have raised a brilliant, well-educated and successful daughter. It’s something we should all aspire to. FR would be better off if you kept your ignorant opinions to yourself.
