That’s a real problem. We are scared of our government. The left was scared of Bush, hell, I hate the Patriot Act myself. But this country is so split that we protect both sides of this rotten apple.
I no longer think there is a good side to our government. I don’t want our government destroyed, it is needed but how it is, nope...one wonders which poison to drink.
I'll put it like this: We paid for a bunker for Hussein and family and in it is water, food, and a medical doctor will be there for his family if TSHTF. Does he have that based on a conspiracy theory? If the country collapses due to his trying to destroy us, he will be safe in his bunker.
Forget conspiracy theories and trying to figure it out. I watch every bit of news all day long. I study the economics of countries and I read about ours. I do all that, but what really matters if it all goes to hell? Can I even know when that could happen? No, I can't, but I can live for a very long time without anything Hussein screws up. I've got what he's got in his bunker except for the medical doctor and I'll have to do with my EMT training and medicines I have.
See, that's the bottom line. Prepare so you don't worry about it. Can't figure out who is telling the truth and who isn't? Doesn't matter if you are prepared.
When all hell breaks loose, there will be no such thing as a budget.

It’s pretty sad to think that there are millions of people who don’t know or care about the rampant corruption at the highest levels of government. It will only get worse if they legalize millions of illegals who will vote for free stuff over freedom.
If the current “regime” (yes, I call it a regime) keeps up their antics, one handgun is going to be the least of their worries. One fact lost on the powers to be is that there are people out there who will uphold and defend the Constitution, much to their chagrin. They (we) are the ones that they will ultimately have to answer to, whether they like it or not.
