Seems bogus to me. The State Dept doesn’t have anything to do with law enforcement, let alone shutting down domestic websites. Remember, these guys pulled a similar stunt on April 1st, replacing their webpage with a fake DHS “takedown” page.

It's pointless if true, for every one they order taken down 1,000+ will pop up to replace it. I just put the files out on emule and am already up to 38 downloads.
