I hear you but given the current environment who would force such a constitutional crisis besides maybe a handful of House members? Unfortunately the bread and circuses would continue. Nothing would happen.

Having said that we should never give up and we should document the truth - whatever it is - and get it in the public record. Maybe someone someday may give a rip and be able to use it.

The longer we wait, the more it’ll hurt. With Kagan and Sotomayor on the bench illegally, there are potentially hundreds of cases on which they could the deciding vote that would have to be reassessed. Americans are tough, we’ll get through.

I do agree with you, however. No one has the spine to push this issue.

We are already in a constitutional crises with a usurper in office with him and his minions trashing the US Constitution and shoving obama care down our throats.
The US Constitution it's self is still intact.
