I think it's safe to assume that the Steelers were clued in about Tebow. They still couldn't beat him. Two of Tebow's four losses were against a very good Patriots team.

Manning started out 2-3 the following year. The bottom line is Tebow had a very good season.

The point is Manning started the year with a team that was very similar to and probably better than the one Tebow finished with.

But the Bills and Chiefs could.

Two of Tebow's four losses were against a very good Patriots team.

Good offensively - near the bottom of the league and near worst ever in the Belicheck era defensively.

The point is Manning started the year with a team that was very similar to and probably better than the one Tebow finished with.

And took that team on an upward trajectory as opposed to Tebow's downward trajectory.
