When the team won (always against mediocre opponents) it was due to the unfamiliarity of Tebow's style - when they finished 1-4 it was because Tebow's style was no longer unfamiliar.

These, admittedly, are pretty important.
There is a tendency to evaluate QB's strictly by passing completion percentage or total passing yards, but there are many other functions a quarterback needs to perform:
A. Don't fumble, B. Don't get sacked, C. Perform hand-offs cleanly, hopefully with quality misdirection, D. Run well, E. Commmunicate well on the field, F. Manage the clock, G. Recognize defensive changes, H. Audible well, I. Keep teammates focused
I WOULD like to see some other team give him a whirl, just to see what happens.
