As I watched some of the coverage of the events down the road in Watertown this past week, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to deploy armored assault vehicles and get every officer (even the hugely fat ones) outfitted in armor and tactical gear and M-16s with huge capacity magazines. Some looked larger than 30 round.
The militarization of local PDs should be scaring the crap out of anyone with the ability to add 2 and 2 to get 4.

Yes they were heavily armed... but they couldn’t kill two terrorists with hundreds upon hundreds of rounds fired. One was run over by the other and now the press says the little boy terrorist shot himself in the neck.
