It’s gotten to the point where the Florida Highway Patrol in Jacksonville have been accustomed to Jeff Gray video recording them, which is why most don’t bother him when he does.
But all it takes is one ignorant cop to make them all look bad.
At least in this case, the other cop whom she called for back-up didn’t join her in violating Gray’s Constitutional rights.
So in this case, she is left on her own looking like a bully with a badge after slapping Gray’s camera. That’s assault, after all.
Her name is Thompson and she doesn’t appear to be a rookie. In fact, the stripes on her arm indicate she is a sergeant.
But still, she was stupid enough to say the following:
“By law, you can’t videotape me if I don’t give you permission to.”
She beckoned for back-up where a male police officer apparently informed her that Gray was within his legal rights to record her, so she stepped back inside her patrol car and drove off without saying another word.

Seat belt enforcement is a revenue generator. Nothing to do with safety.
File a criminal complaint against her for Assault and Battery. Then demand of the local US Attorney that an 18USC242 action be filed.
I love these video...This one clearly dipicts the female cop being totally out of control...Very Soviet like and she was not wearing her seat belt.

Use to be the best revenue generators were inoperative running lights but more and more vehicles are using LED tailights, even some are using LED headlights now, even the HID lasts far longer than halogen headlights so they are facing a crisis of a sorts, what reasons to pull you over now?

Florida courts have ruled that you can be pulled over for fitting the drug runner profile.
Among other criteria to fit this profile:
• Driving above the speed limit
• Driving below the speed limit
• Driving at the speed limit
Cops...Ya don’t have to love ‘em.
