I wasn't posting last night because I had 24 hours left on a digital library book and, if you don't finish reading it, it dematerializes.
I’m on Disc 27 of “Anna Karenina.” Princess Kitty had a baby. Her nerdy husband Levin nearly had a breakdown because he’d never been around childbirth, although of course Princess Kitty had, because she has a shoal of nieces and nephews.
In an earlier episode, Levin didn’t want her to go with him to visit his crazy brother who was dying, but she insisted. He was astonished to find that, as a sheltered, homekeeping young lady, she’d spent half her life nursing the sick and knew exactly what to do to make the poor man comfortable.
