I’m very sorry that you missed it but, trust me, I understand the necessity of making choices.
Check out Youtube! We’ve been watching all sorts of old movies, TV shows, documentaries, etc. in the evenings.
Oh. Oh, well.
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I have the “oh. oh wells,” too! LOL!
They are believed to occur naturally and may give access to the far reaches of the universe or other dimensions.
With artificial wormholes a problem could arise with the manifestation if it was too close to a planetary system, these things could have the gravitational attraction of a Black hole, after all they are propagated using the same gravitational effects of a singularity.
Except one is an out of control natural event that may or may not be self healing ,the other could either be an unstable ticket to oblivion or the transport devise of the future.
As neither has yet been properly explored ,because of the cloaking effect of the event horizon, we just don’t yet know.
Is that something like what happens when well intentioned newly elected politicians cross the threshold of the Capitol building and suddenly act as if they forgot their roots?
Adorable! And very alert. :-)
Aww, cute!
I can see GG-Ma in that face. :)
That is exactly it!
Double swing-door amnesia.
Very common in those circles.
I’m dying to hold her! I wasn’t able to attend the Anniversary Vow Renewals last night, but it wasn’t my idea to stay home. My body is very tricksy!
Her G-Ms sez she is the Best and the Brightest! (Of course!)
You flatterer! I love it! I will tell her dad when next I see him! LOL!
It’s OK, Moosie! Her dad loves me! LOL!
Yes, if it’s on Netflix, it’s on DVD. All of my reviews are of Netflix rented DVDs.
We haven’t been to a theater since 1983. The last time we went was the last straw. People were talking, munching, and yelling at the screen and each other. The floor was sticky. It was smelly. It was like the monkey cage at the zoo, just like the previous weeks when we went.
We sat there in stony silence, and when we left, we agreed to start renting or buying instead of going to theaters, and we have been happy ever since.
We went from a VCR to Laser discs to DVDs. We still have capability for all three media, but I’m a little nervous about putting some of those old videos into the player these days.
I have VHS, but I want to transfer them to DVD. However, I have no way to do that at present, so I will have to wait a bit.
The last movie I saw in a theater was LOTR, Return of the King. I haven’t even seen the first Hobbit movie, though I’m hoping it won’t be too expensive when it comes out on DVD, extended version.
I’m with you...movie theaters stink! LOL! Thanks for all the reviews you do. I had heard about the latest Christopher Walken effort and thought it would be fun.
I will keep it in mind, when next I get Netflix!
(My queue was so long, it would have taken a full year to watch the movies and TV episodes I had on it, based on an eight-hour day! LOL!)
Wonder if I can get a research grant to investigate the physics of that specific event horizon...
It is very good. Those men just nailed the perfect old-wiseguy comedy. You could tell that they admired and enjoyed working with each other.
I didn’t mention a scene at the house of ill repute involving Alan Arkin. If you don’t laugh at that one, your heart is ice.
